try waking up at 11.30 am on day 1, and staying up all the way till 6.30 am day 2- and then work non-stop till 4.55 pm day 2.

that's only 29 hours.
I think my previous record was 35 hours.
one word.
EXHAUSTED.
who needs the gym when you've a lifestyle like mine?
