The Dream List

We all have our life's dream list.

You know what I am talking about:

the bungee jump, to backpack China ,to perform on stage, to write a book, to sing, to dance, to get married, to have kids, to have 10 dogs or cats, to learn a foreign language, to paint, to bike all around the East coast of Malaysia, to start a foundation..

In our hearts, there's always a 'something' we'd like to do.

But for most of us, that 'something' more often than not, becomes just well, an item on a list, and nothing more.Soon enough, it'll be forgotten, the dreams of our youth long lost as we grow older.


What holds us all back from pursuing our dreams? Is it the fear of uncertainty? The fear of rejection? The fear of coming out of our comfort zones? The fear of what's not conventional?

I have my list, and I am going to take the leap.

Whether or not I make it, it does not count, for at the end of the day, I know I have tried.



And that makes for the best life story.

Just got off skype with my dad.

He's now in Bali on a business trip. Thank god for webcam and skype!

even though you won't be reading this.. but i love you pa
one more week and we will all be going to Penang with the two monsters!

SPAIN, JULY 2010

I can't stop grinning.

Neither can i stop humming along to random Spanish songs on the you tube, while dancing around my room .
Yes, I am a nerd, but who cares?

Eli you're such a source of inspiration to me- you have no idea!

So why SPAIN JULY 2010?

It's part of mine and Eli's Dream List. We are going there for half a year, to live life, the Spanish way.

WHen? AHEM. July 2010 till.. 6 months after.

After a day of shopping, I met up for dinner with Nelson,Ian, Rudi and Paulyn at Miramar Hotel for good ol' Japanese buffet. All for only $ 35!!!

After dinner, I met up with Linny , Min Yi and Kelvin once again on Orchard Road.

Kelvin took us to the Pasir Ris beach... it's my fave place now!!!! Great place to drink, by the water and live music. Here we are at Beach Culture.




Day 3:departure date :(








sometimes things happens for a reason, and good byes are inevitable;
But let's never forget the sweet memories and the bond we all once had.

Auckland 150209

Paulyn, we went to Milan together, now we are in Auckland . Wonder where we'll go next!!!

Just before getting our ice cream after lunch, we came to the ferry pier . I had an idea, let's just choose any random place to go to!Everyone agreed, we wanted to go Waiheke Island at first, but finally chose Devonport. So , Devonport we went!

Day 2
Darling Rach was also in Auckland the same time I was. So we met up for breakfast at Denny's and took a walk around Queenstreet.

Yum!! we had vege club sandwich and..

chicken fajitas!


I took Rach to the waterfront , Love the place!



This second time around in Auckland, I fell in love with the place.
The sights, the scenes, the beach, the lazy lifestyle, the water, the houses, the cafes by the waterfront, lazy noons-
reminds me a lot of Cape town.


That, and I had great company :)

Ah, lazy lifestyle.
