Woooohooo my holiday starts.. now!

Bliss!

I am so happy that the handover went by so smoothly, and am about to embark on a new chapter. For every ending there is a brand new beginning, and I can't wait to elevate to greater heights.

For now, Beaches, fishes ... Here i come! Woohoo!

Tomato soup

We were all so lazy today, thanks to the weather, so you can imagine our relief when lunch hour came.

We had a sort of farewell lunch, and while part of me feels sad to close this chapter of my life, I know it's for the best.

Navigating

So am down to my last few days at the agency, and I find myself inspired at work.

I was packing my bags to go home this evening, when I caught sight of the powerpoint slides of the new girl at work.

Impressive. She's so young, and she's never been to university - yet her presentation slides were so impressive. Everything she learnt, all her skills were from her work experience.

See, that is the way to learn. By putting ourselves amongst people much better than us.

As aptly put by Walter Bagehot 'The greatest pleasures in life comes from doing what people say you cannot do'.

And every day, I do watch out for ways to learn and improve my skills set. By constantly putting to rest limiting beliefs, I see myself growing. Small tiny steps, but chartering forward, navigating the rough waters, for sure!

Celebrating February 29

It's only every 4 years that this day rolls along, so my take is to celebrate it!

Ok really, I just felt like celebrating Xmas, but since Xmas passed like 2 months ago, and it'll take another 9 months for Xmas to come skipping, so I'll settle for celebrating feb 29 instead.

So.. we did!

The Last Lap

So I guess this is the last few laps I'll be running from the agency to our client's office.


It has been a very familiar route indeed, and I would always stop at the fruit stall to get my daily fix of apple celery juice!

Ah and also.. it's great to just step out of the office and catch some sun!

Sweet Indulgence

I am pretty pleased with myself for having completed a proposal just- Hee!

Yes, it is too a pretty quiet day, and I seized the chance to go for a good old foot massage in Chinatown.

So anyways, I am enjoying my
last few weeks in the agency, and yesterday, we explored this really quaint cafe in the area.

So cosy, it was perfect for an afternoon break!
